Applying expertise in PBS to increase the economic return on modernising the main process steam source for an Eligo milk drying plant. Based on a technical and economic study, SEG proposed the addition of bivalent electric steam generator technology to a new 3.4 MW gas-fired steam boiler, significantly reducing the return period for this necessary investment.
