Back Office

Without back office, energy simply does not flow right – either in invoices or processes. We are looking for a person who will keep customer data and communication with customers/suppliers in order, as well as overseeing steps not only during a successful change of supplier.

It will suit you if

  • You are meticulous and see things through to the end (deadlines, follow-ups, data checks).

  • You know how to ask for information and are not afraid of communication (telephone, e-mail).

  • Excel/CRM is not something you are afraid of.

What you will be doing with us

  • You will take care of the overview and management of client payables (reminders, receivables) – so that processes and cash flow run smoothly.

  • You will ensure the updating and archiving of contractual documents with our customers and deal with changes of supplier.

  • You will communicate with customers, suppliers and the government (OTE, ERO) and deal with requests until they are closed.

  • You will process documents in the internal Helios system – knowledge is not a requirement, we will be happy to train you.

  • You will be involved in process improvement or new products/services as opportunities arise.

What we would like to see from you

  • A secondary school education in a technical or economic field is an advantage. A degree is not decisive, the key is diligence and willingness to learn.

  • Experience with administration and communication are an advantage.

  • Effective communication across teams (sales, finance, technicians) and thoroughness when completing tasks.

A day in our back office

  • The day starts with checking e-mails, accounts receivable and setting priorities.

  • Ongoing communication with customers and suppliers, coordination with sales and finance

  • Updating data in the system, preparing documents for further steps

  • Coordination within the team in relation to changes and key tasks
